What counts as a client?
An active client is any participant with an open record in your organisation. You can archive clients who are no longer active and they stop counting toward your bill.
Are support workers and family members extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited support workers, admins and family members. You only pay for active clients.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual and 2-year plans are billed upfront — if you cancel early, we'll pro-rate any unused months.
What's the introductory offer?
Get 20% off your first 3 months on any plan (monthly, annual, or 2-year). After 3 months, you'll be billed at the regular rate for your chosen billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
